1. Shipping Information

We currently ship to Switzerland and most EU countries. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us — we’ll be happy to confirm before you order. All orders are processed through the Chogan Group S.p.A. distribution network. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your destination and courier availability.

 

2. Standard Shipping Fees

To maintain fairness, the same base shipping structure applies to all destinations served by Chogan. This ensures consistent value without unexpected costs at checkout or delivery.

 

Tiered Shipping Rates (for Switzerland):

​

 

• Orders up to CHF 149 → Shipping fee CHF 9

• Orders between CHF 150 – CHF 249 → Shipping fee CHF 5

• Orders of CHF 250 and above → Free shipping

 

Customs and import fees are already included in all product prices for every country. Only shipping rates may vary depending on your location and current courier costs. Shipping costs are always confirmed through the order-form correspondence before you finalize your purchase.

 

3. Possible Future Adjustments

While we strive to keep our fees stable, shipping rates may change if external factors require — for example, changes in logistics costs, currency values, or supplier policies from Chogan Group S.p.A. Any modification to shipping rates will be clearly communicated before you place a new order.

 

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on products once they have been delivered. For this reason, all sales are final.

However, we will always help in the following situations:

• The wrong item was received

5. Important Notes

• Refunds are not offered for change of mind, scent preference, or incorrect selection, as each item is made to order through Chogan’s production system.

• If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or a missed collection, additional shipping costs may apply as determined by Chogan Group S.p.A. or the courier service handling the delivery.
