3. Products & Authenticity

All products sold on Spellbound Fragrances are genuine Chogan / Olfazeta products, manufactured in Italy and sourced through official distribution channels.

References to well-known fragrances are used solely for olfactory comparison purposes. Spellbound Fragrances is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any designer or niche perfume brand mentioned for comparison.

Packaging, bottle design, and labeling may vary slightly depending on supplier updates.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless stated otherwise.

Prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed before order confirmation.

Spellbound Fragrances reserves the right to update prices, descriptions, or availability at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders

An order is considered final once payment has been successfully received.

You will receive an order confirmation by email. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us before placing a second order.

Spellbound Fragrances reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability.

6. Payment Methods

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped from Europe to Switzerland.

Current shipping conditions:
– CHF 9 for orders up to CHF 149
– CHF 5 for orders from CHF 150 to CHF 249
– Free shipping for orders of CHF 250 or more

 

Customs and import fees for Swiss customers are covered by Spellbound Fragrances unless stated otherwise.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, postal delays, or supplier logistics.

Spellbound Fragrances cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

 

8. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, perfumes and cosmetic products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned goods.

 

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

 

10. Liability

Spellbound Fragrances is not liable for:

– Delays caused by shipping providers
– Indirect or consequential damages
