Spellbound Fragrances is a Swiss-based fragrance boutique operated by an independent Chogan consultant. We offer perfumes, home fragrances and selected personal care products from the Chogan and Olfazeta collections.

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies referenced within them.

Spellbound Fragrances operates as an independent consultant business within the Chogan Group S.p.A distribution network.

3. Products and Authenticity

​

All products sold through Spellbound Fragrances are genuine Chogan Group S.p.A products manufactured in Italy and sourced through the Chogan Group S.p.A distribution network.

References to well-known fragrances are provided solely for olfactory comparison purposes. Spellbound Fragrances is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any designer or niche fragrance brand mentioned for comparison.

Product packaging, bottle design, labels, colours and other presentation details may vary slightly following manufacturer or supplier updates. Such variations do not affect the authenticity of the product.

Product descriptions, ingredient information and usage instructions are provided based on information available from the manufacturer or supplier. Customers should always consult the label and instructions supplied with the product before use.

4. Prices

​

All prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF) unless otherwise stated.

Prices include VAT where applicable. Any applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before the order is finalised.

Spellbound Fragrances may update prices, product descriptions and availability at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, Spellbound Fragrances reserves the right to correct the error and cancel the affected order. If payment has already been received, the corresponding amount will be refunded using the original payment method.

5. Orders

​

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us before placing a second order.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected products, quantities, delivery information and total price before submitting an order.

Spellbound Fragrances reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including suspected fraud, payment failure, an obvious pricing error, product unavailability or an inability to fulfil the order.

If an order that has already been paid is cancelled by Spellbound Fragrances, the corresponding payment will be refunded using the original payment method.

6. Payment

​

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include credit or debit card payments and other payment options supported by our payment providers.

Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully completed or authorized.

Payment processing may be carried out by third-party payment providers. Spellbound Fragrances does not directly store complete payment-card details.

7. Shipping and Delivery

​

Spellbound Fragrances currently delivers to Switzerland and selected European Union countries.

Available destinations, shipping charges, customs arrangements, delivery-address requirements and conditions concerning missed deliveries or uncollected parcels are described in our separate Shipping Policy.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before the order is finalized.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, order processing, courier availability, customs procedures, public holidays, periods of high demand and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If an order is delayed or encounters a delivery problem, Spellbound Fragrances will assist the customer in obtaining available tracking and delivery information and, where necessary, contacting the relevant delivery provider.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights or responsibilities applicable to the delivery of an order.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

​

Spellbound Fragrances does not offer voluntary returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, a customer ordering error or dissatisfaction with a fragrance.

Where applicable law grants a mandatory right of withdrawal, that right remains fully applicable.

Nothing in these Terms restricts or replaces any mandatory consumer rights.

9. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

​

Customers are encouraged to report visibly damaged parcels and damaged, defective, incorrect or missing products within 48 hours of delivery. Reports submitted after 48 hours will still be reviewed, and the recommended reporting period does not limit any mandatory statutory rights.

Please retain the product, original packaging, delivery parcel and shipping label until the issue has been reviewed.

10. Product Use and Liability

​

Customers should review the product description, ingredient list, instructions and warnings before using a product. Products must be used only as directed.

Individual reactions and sensitivities can vary. Customers with known allergies, sensitivities or medical concerns should review the ingredients carefully and seek appropriate professional advice before use.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spellbound Fragrances is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, use contrary to the supplied instructions or failure to observe stated warnings.

Spellbound Fragrances is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses to the extent that such liability may lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including mandatory rights relating to defective products, personal injury or consumer protection.

11. Intellectual Property

The original text, Spellbound Fragrances branding and design elements appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Spellbound Fragrances unless otherwise stated.

Product names, trademarks, images and materials belonging to Chogan Group S.p.A., or other respective rights holders remain the property of those rights holders.

Website content may not be reproduced, copied, distributed or used commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.

12. Privacy and Personal Data

​

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection law and as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains the purposes for which personal data is processed, the service providers involved, potential international data transfers and the rights available to individuals.

By using this website, customers acknowledge that certain information must be processed to manage orders, payments, delivery, customer service and other requested services.
